A Safe System Is More Than A Motor

Gate construction, fixed obstacles, entrapment zones, warning signs, monitored protection devices, and pedestrian access all affect an automated entrance. A bundled photo eye is not a complete site safety assessment. Consult the current operator manual and qualified installer before construction.

Plan The Handover

Ask the installer to document the installed model, safety devices, electrical scope, approved manual-release process, commissioning tests, and maintenance schedule. Keep the records with the gate's service information so future technicians can identify the exact system.
